The invention relates to a ligature device (1) for body parts, with a closure housing (2), comprising a base wall (2.8), two lateral walls (2.6), a cover wall (2.4) on the upper side thereof and a ligature strap (3), which may be coupled or is detachably coupled at one end to the closure housing (2), by means of a clipping buckle (5) which may be introduced from the rear between an intermediate wall (2.9) and the cover wall (2.4). The above is run or may be run with the other free end thereof between a rocker (4), pivotably mounted on the base wall (2.8) and an intermediate wall (2.9), arranged at a separation above the above, through the closure housing (2), to form a loop (3.1) and may be clamped by means of the rocker (4) against a front section of the intermediate wall (2.9), connected to the closure housing (2). According to the invention, easy manipulation can be achieved with a simple construction, whereby the intermediate wall (2.9) comprises a sprung section (2.93), projecting from the upper side, by means of which the rear section of the clipping buckle (5) is raised and pressed, in the assembled state, with the back upper face thereof against a counter support (2.31), fixed to the housing. The clipping buckle (5) is held back against being pulled out by means of a rearward retaining element (5.11) and/or a front retaining element (5.12) co-operating with a counter element (2.32) or counter piece (2.92) of the closure housing (2) and may be released by pressing down on the rear region thereof. |
