METHOD AND SUPPORT FOR BIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS USING OLIGONUCLEOTIDES COMPRISING A MARKER CAPABLE OF ENZYMATIC ACTIVATION

The invention concerns a method for analysing DNA or RNA biological targets, comprising the following steps: a) contacting the targets to be analysed (ICAM-20) with oligonucléotide probes (ISIS) marked with a cofactor A of an enzyme E; b) adding to the reaction medium the enzyme E corresponding to the cofactor A and a substrate S of the enzyme E, the substrate S being converted by the enzyme E into a compound C; c) measuring a signal representing the activity of the enzyme E on the substrate S, for example fluorescence intensity (I) of the substrate S; and d) comparing said signal with the signal obtained when contacting the oligonucleotide probes marked with the cofactor A (ISIS) of the enzyme E and the substrate S, in similar conditions, but in the absence of the targets, the difference between the two signals indicating the presence of complementary targets (ICAM-20) of the oligonucleotide probes.
