PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic lane deviation warning device capable of securing early coping of a driver by quickening the starting timing of a deviation warning when one's own vehicle deviates to the passing side of a rear vehicle in an existing state of the rear vehicle approaching one's own vehicle. SOLUTION: This traffic lane deviation warning device is provided with a Step S20 of calculating one's own vehicle lateral displacement Y1 being a deviation between a traveling position of one's own vehicle and a target traffic lane, a Step S21 of determining whether or not the rear vehicle is detected, and Step S23 to Step S28 of setting deviation warning starting lateral displacement D and a deviation warning starting inter-vehicle distance SP according to an approaching degree of the rear vehicle to one's own vehicle to early determine that the deviation warning is necessary in a Step S29 when there exists the rear vehicle.
