PURPOSE: An air conditioner outdoor unit is provided to reduce noises and vibration generated from the compressor, by arranging a sound absorbing member in the space formed in the compressor. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner outdoor unit(40) comprises a compressor(10) for compressing refrigerant into a high temperature high pressure state; an axial flow fan(30) for blowing air to lowering internal temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit; and a barrier(20) interposed between the compressor and the axial flow fan so as to cut off noises and vibration generated from the compressor and the axial flow fan, wherein the barrier is formed by a foaming process. The barrier includes a convex part(20a) and a concave part(20b) which is formed through a foaming process so as to cut off noises and vibration generated from the compressor and the axial flow fan; and a support accommodation part(20c) for accommodating a support member(10a) of the compressor so as to reduce noises and vibration generated from the support member.
