PURPOSE: Kitchen utensils and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent coating material coated on surfaces of kitchen utensils made of metal alloy plates from being peeled by completely coating porcelain glaze on surfaces of kitchen utensils. CONSTITUTION: An oil coating work is carried out with respect to a surface of an aluminum alloy plate. Then, the aluminum alloy plate is pressed by a press so as to form predetermined kitchen utensils. Then, a washing process is carried out in order to remove impurities or oil from the surfaces of kitchen utensils. Then, a drying process is carried out. When performing the drying process, impurities attached to the surfaces of kitchen utensils make faults of kitchen utensils, so impurities have to be completely removed from the surfaces of kitchen utensils through the washing process. Then, glaze is primarily coated on the surfaces of kitchen utensils. After that, a plastic working process is carried out in a furnace having the temperature about 570°C.
