<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the performance under actual using conditions, of a product comprising visco-elastic material having nonlinear material properties, accurately by simulation. SOLUTION: Ever-changing values of a strain, a strain rate and stress developed in the visco-elastic material are measured under measuring conditions set by supposing the actual using state of the product comprising the visco- elastic material, and time history data of a viscosity resistance are derived from time history data of the strain, the strain rate and the stress and a visco- elastic model in consideration of viscosity of the visco-elastic material. The product is set as a product model for an analytical object, and the relation among the strain, the strain rate and the viscosity resistance is inputted into the product model. The stress and the strain of a deviator are calculated by using a deviatory main strain and a deviatory main strain rate determined by conversion from the whole coordinate system into a main strain and main strain rate coordinate system, and the simulation in consideration of the change of the viscosity resistance caused by difference of the strain and the strain rate is performed.</p> |
