PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and to improve the space efficiency by sharing a boosting circuit and reducing the capacity in a case when intake valves 5-1 through to 5-4 and exhaust valves 6-1 through to 6-4 of cylinders are composed of solenoid-operated valves, and high voltage power is supplied through the boosting circuit from a power supply source. SOLUTION: One boosting circuit 103 for boosting the voltage from a generator 101 or a battery 102 is mounted to all of the driving circuits 30-1 through 30-4 of the solenoid-operated valves of the cylinders. The capacity of the boosting circuit 103 is controlled to be less than A×Ncyl×Nv when the necessary maximum capacity for opening and closing one solenoid-operated valve is A, the number of cylinders accepted by one boosting circuit is Ncyl, and the number of solenoid-operated valves of each cylinder is Nv. A condenser 104 is mounted at an output side of boosting circuit 103.
