PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary air feeder for an outboard motor which improves purification efficiency by supplying inflow air to exhaust gas at a position close to an exhaust port of an engine and which is not touched by outboard motor users. SOLUTION: In the outboard motor, an engine 17 fixed on the top of an engine holder 18 is covered with an engine cover 16, a drive shaft housing 19 and a gear case 20 are attached sequentially at the bottom of the engine holder 18, and an exhaust emission passage is formed in the engine holder 18, the drive shaft housing 19 and the gear case 20. In the secondary air feeder for supplying inflow air as secondary air to the exhaust emission passage, an extra spaceαis formed below a cylinder 24a projected laterally from a crankcase 24c of the engine 17, wherein the secondary air feeder body B for supplying inflow air to the exhaust emission passage of exhaust gas is disposed.
