INK JET DISCHARGE METHOD AND INK JET HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head and its discharge method whereby a stable operation for a long time is enabled by suppressing damaging by cavitation. SOLUTION: In relation to an ink discharge operation of the ink jet head, a voltage of a heat signal for resisting cavitation is excited 7μs later from a fall of a main heat signal. A pulse width is made 0.5μs (Fig. 3(a)). It takes 10μs from foaming to defoaming unless the heat signal for resisting cavitation is applied. The foaming is brought about immediately after a main heat falls, and a time to maximum foaming is 5μs.
