PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure of a dash side trim for reducing the number of part items by disusing a conventional grommet, and simplifying installing work of the dash side trim. SOLUTION: When installing the dash side trim 7 for covering a dash side part 7 on the cabin inside of the dash side part 5 raised and formed over a side part of an instrument panel 1a from a front end part of a side sill 4, a stud bolt 8 projecting to the rear of an automobile 1 is erected in the dash side part 5, and a dash side trim 7 side installing hole 9 fitted with the stud bolt 8 is formed in an installing surface part 10 formed by recessing the dash side trim 7, and facing in the longitudinal direction of the automobile 1. The installing hole 9 is composed of a main hole 9a fitted with the stud bolt 5, and an introducing hole 9b continuing with the main hole 9a, expansively opening on the cabin inside 6, and introducing the stud bolt 8 into the main hole 9a, and is constituted so as to fit the stud bolt 8 in the main hole 9a.
