PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall panel upper end section fixing structure which will not strain on a fixed section between the partition wall panel upper end section and the ceiling even if deflection and sinking respectively occur in the floor and the partition wall panel. SOLUTION: The partition wall panel upper end section fixed structure constituted by fixing the upper end section of the partition wall panel (6) to a fixed rail (11) of an downwardly opening fixed to the ceiling (10) is constituted by providing an anchor (13) energized upwardly to the upper end section of the partition wall panel (6) and fittedly fixing the head (131) of the anchor (13) to the downward opening section of the fixed rail (11).
