PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which has the ease of use and can reduce consumption of a battery when image data is transmitted to the printer. SOLUTION: The printer has a connector for connecting a memory card in which images are recorded. The printer has a function of reading, selecting and printing image data to meet general purposes by a memory card control means, an image converting means, an image processing means, a printing control means and a printing management means.
