PURPOSE: Structure for combining a grip handle of a vehicle is provided to prevent the degradation in the appearance of a vehicle by suppressing the formation of a gap between a grip handle and a housing. CONSTITUTION: A housing(40) in which an inside handle is installed is fixed on a door trim(30). A grip inner panel(21) fixed on the door trim has a guide boss(21a) extending on the front face. A grip cover(100) of which one side is combined to the grip inner panel has the upper end placed adjacent to the housing. A grommet(200) closely adhered to the surface of the housing is fixed on the upper inside of the grip cover. According to the grommet, a gap between the grip cover and the housing is removed.
