PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily manufacturing a drum-shaped roller with good shape. SOLUTION: A semi-solidified roller 82 of which a surface part is solidified, while the inside is not completely solidified, and which has an inner expanded part 84 expanded toward a through-hole, is formed. Then the inner expanded part 84 is pressed by drawing out an inner mold part 70 from the semi-solidified roller 82, and an outer peripheral face of the semi-solidified roller 82 is expanded into the drum shape. As a result, a primary molding having the outer shape expanded into the drum shape and provided with the through-hole on its central axis is manufactured. Then a second resin is injected into the through-hole of the primary molding, whereby the drum-shaped roller of good shape can be easily manufactured. |
