PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein a local part of a heat exchanger boils and is abnormally heated, bubbles in wash water become a large diameter, and electric power consumption is large in a bidet for supplying hot water mixed with the bubbles. SOLUTION: This bidet has an instantaneous heat exchanger 12 and a cleaning nozzle 17 connected with a water supply pipe 8 and a hot water pipe 15. The bubbles from an air pump 21 are mixed in the hot water between the heat exchanger 12 and the cleaning nozzle 17. When setting cleaning by an anus cleaning switch 25, a flow of water is detected by a flow rate sensor 11 by opening a main solenoid valve 9, water is heated by the heat exchanger 12, and the hot water mixed with the bubbles is supplied to a private part from the cleaning nozzle 17. Interposition of the bubbles of the heat exchanger 12 is prevented. The bubbles are mixed in from the vicinity of the cleaning nozzle 17. A heat radiating loss at hot water storage time is eliminated by a water-saving effect by mixing of the bubbles and the instantaneous heat exchanger 12 to reduce the electric power consumption.
