PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device of an immersed caisson body and an adjusting method therefor capable of letting a tunnel axis of the immersed caisson body coincide with a tunnel axis of an already installed immersed caisson body even in a deep water region where there is a stream. SOLUTION: A plurality of air bags 2 are provided on a bottom face of the immersed caisson body 1, and an air supply device 3 for supplying air into the air bags is provided in the immersed caisson body. A valve 5 provided on the halfway of an air pipe is controlled to supply air into the air bags and exhaust air from them. Air of the air bag on the opposite side to the direction of moving of the caisson body is exhausted, and then air of the air bag on a side of direction of moving of the caisson body is exhausted to adjust by moving the caisson body.
