PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate magnetic oxygen analyzer not affected by a posture or a temperature drift and reduced in the number of constituent elements. SOLUTION: The magnetic oxygen analyzer comprises magnetic field generation means for generating magnetic fields from magnetic poles arranged in opposed relationship, a total bridge formed from four equal heat generation elements generating heat by energization and changed in resistance value and an AC power supply. Two mutually opposed heat generation elements constituting the total bridge is arranged so as to be opposed to a region (non-uniform magnetic field) changed in the intensity of a magnetic field and two other opposedly arranged heat generation elements are arranged at a position not affected by a magnetic field and AC voltage is applied to the total bridge from the AC power supply. Two mutually opposed heat generation elements constituting the total bridge are arranged so as to be opposed to the region (non-uniform magnetic field) changed in the intensity of the magnetic field and two other opposed heat generation elements are arranged in the vicinity of two heat generation elements.
