PURPOSE: A structure for connecting an electrical load to a power line is provided to connect the electrical appliance to the power line simply by fixing the contact point of a connecting factor to a conductor of a connecting line and by protruding the contact point from the grip part with surrounding the end of the connecting line and the connection portion with the grip part. CONSTITUTION: A system for connecting an electrical appliance, such as a lamp, to a supply cable(3) comprises a connector composed of two sections. A lower section(9) clips around the cable, and an upper section(8) connects to a lamp cable(6) and snap-fits into the lower section. A pin attached to a stripped end of the lamp cable passes through the insulation into the supply cable. The contact point is electrically connected to a conductor(15) of the cable, and the upper part of the connecting factor is manufactured by injection molding. The end of the connecting cable and the connection portion between the contact point and the conductor are surrounded by the grip part, and the contact point is protruded from the grip part.
