PACKING APPARATUS FOR PDP MODULE

PURPOSE: A packing apparatus for enclosing PDP(plasma display panel) module is provided to safely deliver the module without alteration and/or modification of the module by adopting specified supporting components in a double-layered structure made of different styrene foams. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises PDP module(11) packing units having PDP module and a supporting component(12) to support the module by way of coupling components and to prevent alteration thereof. The apparatus further includes a first cushion(41) formed with multiple insertion grooves(43) at equal space and inserted into one side of upper/lower ends of the PDP packing units; a second cushion(42) assembled to the first cushion by way of assembling components; and several shock-absorption components to remove the shock applied to the packing units. The assembling component has inserting grooves(44) at one side of the first cushion and inserting projections(45) fitted into the grooves.
