PURPOSE: A water sampling apparatus is carried out by digging the ground up to a rock floor underground and penetrating a plurality of water wells on rock floor to take water sample through a motor pump. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a water sampling component(30) consisting of water inflow pipe(10) with holes(11); an underground water collection component(30) including an underground water elevation pipe(20) to elevate the underground water out of surface. The pipes(10,20) are interconnected together. The apparatus further includes a water storage tank(50) consisting of a water discharging pipe(40) formed with an anti-reversed flow value(41). The storage tank(50) has a cleaning pipe(51) and a discharging pipe(52) at upper end of the cleaning pipe(51). The apparatus also has a motor pump(60) to discharge the water out of the tank through the discharging pipe(52).
