PURPOSE: Provided is a rice kebab obtained by wrapping a content containing meat, vegetables and sauce up in a wheat flour sheet. It does not burst open and release content thereof when pressure is applied thereto, therefore it is very convenient for a user to eat it. CONSTITUTION: The rice kebab contains a wheat flour sheet for wrapping a content(2) thereof, wherein the wheat flour sheet consists of a placing part, a lower part(12), a left part(13) and a right part(14). The meat is diced and grilled in the shape of burger. The content includes one of processed rice products selected from the group consisting of cooked rice, curry and rice, omelet rice, jajang-bab(Korean native name) and roasted rice.
