PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for enhancing the image quality by correcting sheet feed error of a printer. SOLUTION: As a test pattern for determining a correction value of sub-scan feeding amount of a print medium, a test pattern including a plurality of color patches being printed using different correction values is printed with an ink duty of lower than 100% using one kind of ink. For example, a test pattern is printed with an ink duty of about 80% using black ink. At the time of printing, sub-scan feeding amount is corrected according to a correction value being set depending on the print results of the test pattern. |
