PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight sensor stable in a characteristic, of which the output is precluded from getting unstable caused by plastic deformation of a sensor substrate. SOLUTION: In this sensor, a stopper 13 and a stopper 22 are provided to regulate vertical-directional motion of the sensor substrate 14 by allowing extension to a detecting member 23 side in order to provide in a fixed member 11 and a fixed member 21 a space with respect to the sensor substrate 14 therebetween.
