PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily arrange and form an information, ease refinement, increase a quantity of loaded information without a limit of arrangement and formation, enhance the accuracy of information detection, and save the entire installation space. SOLUTION: In this device, an information source member is an information source tape 100 like an endless loop having predetermined width and length, and a hole 120 for sprocket and an information 110 are arranged and formed in its lengthwise direction. A tape moving part 200 including a sprocket wheel 220 coupled directly with a rotary shaft 210 is provided, and the information source tape 100 is moved by the sprocket wheel 220. Two tape retaining rollers 310 are provided as a tape idling preventive mechanism 300 so that the information source tape 100 may be moved by the sprocket wheel 220 without idling. An information detecting part 400 is provided between the tape retaining rollers 310, and the respective parts are held by a holding member 500.
