SOLUTION: A water suction pipe passage 11 of a pump body is equipped with water suction ports 13L and 13R, and relay ports 14L and 14R for taking in pressure water. A delivery pipe passage 12 equipped with water jetting ports 15L and 15R. A first vacuum pump VP1 is provided on the water suction pipe passage, and a second vacuum pump PV2 is provided on the delivery pipe passage.
