PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane prepolymer composition bearing a terminal isocyanate group, which exhibits excellent adhesion to a molded article made of various plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, polyethylene terephthalate and the like when used as an adhesive and excellent in color tone, heat resistance, oil resistance and stability, and a reactive hot melt adhesive containing the prepolymer composition. SOLUTION: The reactive hot melt adhesive comprises a terminal isocyanate group-bearing urethane prepolymer composition, which is composed of a reaction product of a hydrogenated product (1) of a petroleum resin bearing an active hydrogen, a polymeric polyol (2) and a diisocyanate compound (3), or a terminal isocyanate group-bearing urethane prepolymer composition, which is obtained by reacting a polyol (4) constituted of a hydrogenated product (1) of a petroleum resin bearing an active hydrogen with a diisocyanate compound (3).
