PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem sprayed liquid of grazing spray for a tire and washing spray which is effective for the tire but is inevitably diffused and splashed on a tire wheel due to the shape of a spray liquid injection port, sand and dust are stuck to marks of the liquid splashed on the tire wheel to pollute the tire wheel when traveling a vehicle without wiping the liquid splashed, and the tire wheel is stained by polluted liquid dripping from the tire when the liquid sprayed is left as it is after spraying the tire washing spray. SOLUTION: The cylindrical dirt prevention plate with an expansible hooking tool of a freely curved member plate fitted with a handle at the center is made to be fitted into a groove between the tire and the wheel of the wheel with the tire. The hooking tool of the suspended expansible tool whose one end is joined to several portions of an inner wall of the cylindrical dirt prevention plate with the freely curved member plate telescopic hooking tool before spraying the spray, is hooked on a tire wheel hole and is temporarily fixed to perform a work.
