The operating drive has a drive cog (15) fitted to a drive shaft (17) supported by a bearing (24) and cooperating with a driven cog (16) attached to a driven shaft (18), supported in a fixed relationship to a holder (14), with adjustment of the drive shaft bearing relative to the latter for compensating manufacturing tolerances. The drive cog has a hub (30) fitted to the drive shaft and a concentric mantle (31) provided with the cog teeth (151), supported radially from the hub via a spring element (32).
