PERMANENT MOLD CAST MADE OF CONCRETE USEFUL IN PRODUCTION IN ACTUAL SPOT

PURPOSE: A permanent mold cast is provided to easily and simply prepare, assemble and process in actual field and not to need release of the cast after hardening the concrete thereby to allow the cast to be permanently used. CONSTITUTION: The cast comprises a concrete plate(1); a reinforcing iron component(2) housed in the plate(1); and a crude framework(3) partially hidden in the plate(1) and partially exposed to upper portion of the plate(1). The reinforcing iron component(2) is bent at equal intervals and has a portion of bent peak to be exposed to the upper portion of the concrete plate(1). The concrete plate(1) has one or more bending grooves(5) in the middle of the plate to make it possible to assemble a three-dimensional design as desired by folding the plate(1) around the bending grooves(5).
