PURPOSE: A patterning device for an electroluminescence display device is provided to achieve a high density and precision, while allowing for an accurate alignment between the glass substrate and convex-concave plate. CONSTITUTION: A patterning device for an electroluminescence display device, comprises a feed roller(34) coated with an organic electroluminescence substance(42); a shaping roller(38) arranged in the vicinity of the feed roller and permitting the organic electroluminescence substance to be deposited into a uniform thickness on the feed roller; a convex-concave plate(36) attached to the second roller, and which contacts the electroluminescence material; and a mask(60) having a hole formed in the portion corresponding to the pixel pattern of a substrate, and which masks the portion of the substrate excluding the pixel pattern between the substrate and the convex-concave plate in such a manner that the organic electroluminescence substance is deposited only at the pixel pattern.
