PURPOSE: A device for testing a hands-free function of a cellular phone is provided to eliminate the need for UART2(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter 2) and a hands-free kit, and to display data visually on a screen through the interpretation of complicated hexadecimal not by just arranging hexadecimal, thus enabling a cellular phone developer to easily confirm hands-free control commands of the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A computer(200) based on Windows has a built-in serial port using RS232. A cellular phone(100) is for development and test. An RS232 compatible data cable(UART1) is for connecting the cellular phone(100) and the serial port of the computer(200). And the RS232 compatible data cable(UART1) varies depending on development environments. The computer(200) has a built-in hands-free function test program(250). When the hands-free function test program(250) built-in the computer(200) is executed, a developer of the cellular phone(100) confirms not only hands-free kit control commands of the cellular phone(100) expressed in hexadecimal, but also the interpretation of the hands-free kit control commands of the cellular phone(100) on a screen.
