SYSTEM FOR REPORTING CAR ACCIDENT

PURPOSE: A system for reporting a car accident is provided to quickly process a car accident by calling an emergency rescue center and reporting an occurrence of the car accident to an agency or group which processes the car accident when the car accident occurs. CONSTITUTION: A car information terminal(17) includes a GPS receiver for reading a satellite signal from a GPS satellite and obtaining a location of a car. When an air bag operation signal is sensed, the car information terminal(17) preferentially calls an emergency rescue center(15). The emergency rescue center(15) tries a voice call with a driver in response to the call from the car information terminal(17) and sends an emergency rescue car to an accident location of the car. An information service center(13) reports an occurrence of the car accident to an agency or group which processes the car accident based on location information and interface information of the car that the car information terminal(17) provides through a wireless communication network.
