PURPOSE: A method and a device for receiving data of a mobile terminal are provided to allow multiple terminals to separately receive a series of motion picture data from a base station, and to display the received motion picture data on one terminal, so as to display motion picture in a stable state even under poor communication environment between the base station and terminals. CONSTITUTION: A base station divides motion picture data into odd motion picture data and even motion picture data, to transmit the odd motion picture data into the first terminal and the even motion picture data to the second terminal. An RF(Radio Frequency) receiving part of the first terminal performs receiving processing for RF signals transmitted from the base station, and a modem demodulates the processed video signals. A video decoder decodes the demodulated video signals to sequentially store the original odd motion picture data in the first area of a buffer memory. An RF receiving part of the second terminal performs receiving processing for RF signals transmitted from the base station, and a modem demodulates the processed video signals to transmit the demodulated video signals to a modem. The video decoder decodes the video signals inputted from the second terminal to sequentially store the original even motion picture data in the second area of the buffer memory. The video decoder displays the first motion picture data on an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and reads the second motion picture data stored in the second area of the buffer memory for displaying the second motion picture data on the LCD. And the video decoder sequentially and alternatively reads the motion picture data from the first and second areas of the buffer memory to display the read motion picture data on the LCD.
