PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating structure capable of forcibly replacing air of an interior by using a heat insulating panel having a hollow wall surface, and the heat insulating panel used in the heat insulating structure. SOLUTION: The heat insulating structure is characterized by that it is composed of air layers 14, 15 and 16 provided in the interior, and pipes 2 and 3 of two types inserted through the air layers. One of the pipes feed air- conditioned air of a room to the air layers, and the other sucks air of the air layers. The heat insulating panel is characterized by that a hollow portion 9 is composed in a panel body 6 in an area excluding a periphery of the panel body 6, the pipes 2 and 3 of the two types are inserted through the hollow portion 9, both ends of the pipes are opened in an end rim vicinity of the heat insulating panel body, and a plurality of vent holes 21-33 opening in the hollow portion of the panel body are bored. |
