PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch plate less likely to have abrasion to achieve favorable durability, and a friction clutch and a driving force transmitting device provided with the same clutch plate. SOLUTION: On a slide surface S2 of an outer clutch plate 34b, a diamond- like carbon thin film D is applied by a known method such as a CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) method, a PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition) method, and an ion deposition method. The friction clutch 34 is composed of the outer clutch plate 34b and an inner clutch plate 34a friction-engaged with each other. The friction clutch 34 is used for the driving force transmitting device.
