PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystalline thermoplastic resin film of a high modulas of elasticity and a high strength, and provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The crystalline thermoplastic resin film is so constituted that an orientation factor in an MD direction of the film of a c-axis of a crystal in the film is >=0.8. The crystalline thermoplastic resin film is manufactured from thermoplastic resin by a roll forming method having a rolling process using at least a pair of rolls.
