PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively inexpensive L-FRTP sheet easy to manufacture, having good handleability, excellent in the adhesiveness with a matrix or processability and capable of being enhanced in surface rigidity in spite of a low weight basis and lightweight properties. SOLUTION: In the L-FRTP sheet formed by joining wire materials of L- FRTP, at least a plurality of the wire materials among the wire materials have a length almost the same as the width or length of the sheet in the arbitrary direction of the sheet and are arranged almost parallelly. A plurality of the wire materials are fixed by a thermoplastic resin member and the sheet has a weight basis of 10-250 g/m<2> and has aperture parts.
