PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material which is well drained even in rainfall and whereon a walker can walk free from anxiety and comfortably, and a method for manufacturing this floor material with a good yield and simply. SOLUTION: The floor material is constituted by attaching tiles to the surface of a multi-hole board. The multi-hole board has leg parts in the rear, and the board and the tiles are joined to each other.
