PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cardboard punching device which can sufficiently cope with paper products of the production of many kinds in a small amount and to provide an inexpensive, small-size cardboard punching machine which does not select an installation place. SOLUTION: As the cardboard punching device for punching the paper products 32, 32, etc., rapped in cardboard 30, a lattice-shaped board 21 for mounting the cardboard 30, a suppression frame 17 position-fixed in the perpendicular direction above the board 21, and press pistons 10, 10, etc., fixed to a substrate 16 which is positioned below the board 21 and driven vertically are provided.
