PURPOSE: To reliably open and close an upper lid without utilizing a force for drawing out and pushing in a cleaning case and without occupying a large space in a casing. CONSTITUTION: When a latching operating lever 11 for preventing drawing out of the cleaning case 2 is rotated to a latching position, a wire 23 arranged in a space between the side wall of the cleaning case 2 and the side wall of the casing 1 is pulled according to the rotation, and moves rearwards a working plate 20 fastened to links 6 and 6' by shafts against the urging of a spring 21. The upper lid 5 descends nearly vertically along position regulating plates 28 and 28' according to the rotation of links 6 and 6', and blocks the top opening of the cleaning case 2. When the operating lever 11 is returned to a release position from the latching position, the pull of the wire 23 is released, and the working plate 20 moves forward by being urged by the spring 21, the upper lid 5 rises nearly vertically through the links 6 and 6' and is separated from the cleaning case 2.
