PURPOSE: A damper sorting apparatus is provided to reduce vibration and noise of a vehicle by precisely detecting dampers having defects. CONSTITUTION: A damper sorting apparatus includes a damper moving unit(4). A first inspecting member(6) is provided on the damper moving unit(4) in order to detect defective dampers from the damper moving unit(4) by applying weak magnetic force to the dampers(2) to attract dampers with low stiffness. A second inspecting member(8) is provided to attract dampers with proper stiffness, which have passed through the first inspecting member(6), by applying strong magnetic force to the dampers(2). The dampers(2) include masses(14), rubbers(16) positioned between masses(14) and flat plates(12).
