<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a compact, inexpensive current sensor that can detect a large current without greatly separating an MI element from a current bar even if the MI element having high magnetic detection sensitivity is used, and can install the MI element easily without increasing the installation accuracy so much. SOLUTION: A small window 6 is opened on a flat plate as a window-type current bar 3. A section 7 is generated, where the change in a magnetic field depending on positions is small at the outside of the small window 6 of the window-type current bar 3 and magnetic field strength is weakened due to the magnetic field cancel effect. Then, an MI element having high magnetic detection sensitivity is installed at the section 7 to form the current sensor.</p> |
