<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a signal processing circuit constituting a redundancy system by reducing the number of constituent parts of the circuit. SOLUTION: Sensors 1 and 2 respond to applied voltage to show high sensitivity with respect to specific gas. High voltage and low voltage are alternately applied to the sensors 1 and 2 and the output of the sensor 1 is inputted to a CPU 6 or 7 through an interface 5 while the output of the sensor 2 is inputted to the CPU 6 or 7 through an interface 8. The changeover of high and low voltages and the changeover of the outputs of the sensors 1 and 2 to either one of the CPUs 6 and 7 are performed at the same time by a switch 9. Mutual processing results are transmitted between the CPUs 6 and 7 and the presence of abnormality in the CPUs 6 and 7 is judged based on whether both results coincide with each other.</p> |
