摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a high dielectric constant and a high Q value, and desired temperature stability to multilayer ceramic electronic parts which can be sintered at a relatively low temperature by using a nonshrink process. SOLUTION: As a ceramic material contained in raw ceramic layers 10 to 20 to form into ceramics layers of multilayer ceramic electronic parts, the one containing a ceramic composition having a BaO-TiO2 -ReO3/2 -Bi2 O3 (Re is rare earth elements) based composition, and a glass composition containing, by weight, 13 to 50% SiO2 , 3 to 30% B2 O3 , 40 to 80% alkaline earth metal oxide and 0.1 to 10% Li2 O, and in which the content of the glass composition is 10 to 40%.
