PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat sensitive recording re-releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having excellent re-releasability and heat sensitive recordability. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the heat sensitive recording re-releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises the steps of directly coating a coating liquid made of a water dispersion containing pressure-sensitive microspheres having a mean particle size of 10 to 100 μm on a non-recording surface of a heat sensitive recording surface base having an intermediate layer containing closed cell foams made of hollow fillers and/or thermal expansible microcapsules between the base and the recording layer, drying the base in an oven, forming a re-releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and then adhering a release sheet to the formed re-releasable layer.
