SEMICONDUCTOR FUNCTIONAL PART, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND INK JET RECORDING HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor functional part comprising a semiconductor material and a resin and capable of being manufactured at a low cost by a simple process reduced in the number of parts, not generating a liquid leak or the like even in a case constituting a part or the whole of a liquid flow channel or a liquid storage part and having high quality safety, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The semiconductor functional part has a structure having a plurality of openings, a film material having electric wiring formed to one surface thereof, and a semiconductor member arranged on the surface of the film material and electrically connected to the electric wiring, and at least one kind of a resin body covering the peripheral surface of the structure excepting a part thereof and integrated with the surface having the electric wiring formed thereto of the film material in a fluid-tight state. The method for manufacturing the semiconductor functional part is also disclosed.
