PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow internal winding for a journal sheet without enlarging a space in a winding side. SOLUTION: This balance is provided with a receipt sheet issuing integration distance counter 52 for measuring a receipt running distance in issuing of a journal, a decision means S19 for conducting decision for selection between that the receipt sheet is wound in an inside of the balance and that it is fed outsides, and stopping means S28-S30 for stopping the issuing of the journal when the running distance of the receipt sheet measured by a running distance measuring means for the receipt sheet reaches to a specified value, in the case where the winding in the inside is decided by the decision means.
