PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a dorpamine D4 receptor binding ligand candidate compound is sorted. SOLUTION: The method is performed by the following process. (1) The stable conformation of a compound to be tested is decided. (2) The adaptability of the model in which the stable conformation is expressed by Formula (1) [in the formula, E represents a hydrophobic part structure, b represents the center of gravity on E, G represents an aromatic ring, a represents the center of gravity of G, A represents carbon atoms or nitrogen atoms, J represents a nitrogen-containing aliphatic heterocyclic ring, x represents the distance between a and b, y represents the distance between the nitrogen atoms on J and b to be 50 to 60, and U represents an angle formed by a line connecting a to b and by a normal l perpendicular to S to be 20 to 60 deg.]. (3) The adapted compound is used as the dorpamine D4 receptor ligand candidate compound.
