PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a machine device requiring acceleration/deceleration small, simple and operationally silent and efficient. SOLUTION: A large bore bearing combines a ringed gear capable of free eccentric motion and rotation with a gear on a main shaft, uses motion of a planetary gear, and thereby offers speed change, speed reduction, and power distribution and integration as the planetary gear.
