A part of refrigerant gas in an external refrigerant cooling circuit flows into the cylinder inside 181 of a rotating body 18 through a communication port 28, a connection groove 29 and an inflow path 30. The gas flowing into the cylinder inside 181 flows to a compression region So near an intake path 132 through an outflow path 31 and a communication port 32.
